Island Grill Express is a Cebuano - Ilonggo friendly restaurant that started in 1994 at SM food court and also opened at Ayala Mall. The first restaurant to bring in the carenderia dining experience, but to a higher level. Island Grill Express is now also open for franchising and for the next two (2) years they will hopefully open five (5) more branches.
They started with Ilonggo delicacies and partnered before with Ilonggo Grill. One thing that I like most that captured my taste buds was the Lapaz batchoy. So from La Paz Ilo-Ilo straight to Cebu Ingredients of what La Paz batchoy is now available and can be tasted by Cebuanos.
